Bedroom Furniture
Beds: For a king size bed frame made in the Mission Style, expect to pay between $1,000 and $1,500. This does not include the mattress and box spring. You can also buy Queen, Twin and sometimes even find bunk beds. There are also baby cradles. These are obviously going to be lower priced than the King size bed.
Armoire: This is a tall dresser that typically has room to hang clothes, or place a television set. Expect to pay between $3,000 and $3,500.
Bed Side Tables: For Mission Style side tables, expect to pay between $800 and $1,200 each. So if you want two, you have to pay for two.
Cedar Chest: This can be used to store blankets, towels, treasures or mementos. Expect to pay between $1,000 and $1,400.

Dining Room
Table: For a Shaker Extension table, with leaves, expect to pay between $2,000 and $2,500. Some tables will fit 4-6, but there are also tables available to fit up to 22 people.
Chairs: For a Mission Style chair, expect to pay between $225 and $300. Multiply this times the number of chairs that would fit around your table.
Hutch: For a larger Shaker hutch, expect to pay around $2,500.

Sideboard: For a Dovetail Sideboard, expect to pay around $2,500.
Benches: If you need a bench to go on one side of the table, expect to pay $125-$225.

Living Room
T.V. Stand: Although the Amish do not have televisions, they will make stands and Entertainment Centers for you. Expect to pay between $800 and $1,100.
Side Table: Expect to pay between $500 and $600.

Library and Office
Bookcase: Expect to pay between $1,100 and $2,200

Desk: Expect to pay between $1,300 and $2,500.

Some Amish carpenters will even install cabinets in your kitchen or bathroom. Those, of course, would need to be custom fit. Many of these items differ in price due to the wood used and the style of construction. Many of the bigger pieces would need to be a custom job, and therefore you would need to call for a quote.
This is by no means all of the items offered for sale by the Amish. This is just a small sampling to give you a ballpark figure on prices. Although they may seem high, you will know that the furniture that you buy will last beyond your lifetime. The pieces will truly become heirlooms that you can pass down from generation to generation. They will not lose their beauty.
